Arctic Foxes Women’s Hockey League
2013-2014 Season
We are an organization that is committed to the sport of ice hockey as a means of fun and recreation! We offer a level of play for all from beginners to advanced. The league consists of 3 levels, 1 team at each level. Rec and D teams will enjoy 1 night of practice per week. The C team will have home and away games, and practices as necessary (extra cost.) Please see below the information on each of the teams.

*$200 due at registration,remainder to be paid in installments at dates to be determined.Cost for those interested in only being a practice player or sub is $200.

House League Format
The House league will be made up of teams evenly comprised of Rec, D and C level players. We skate Monday nights from 9:15 - 10:15PM. This is your chance to try out those skills learned on your practice night and improve your ability. These will be fun recreational games with a referee. If you are interested in playing only Monday nights in our house league the cost will be $100 (for half season) if you are a current Arctic Fox player, or $120 for those who play house league only. The first Monday night game will be Oct 14th. AGAIN, THE HOUSE LEAGUE HAS CHANGED. WE WILL BE GOING BY HALF SEASONS THIS YEAR, TO ENSURE INTEREST IS STILL THERE IN JANUARY. THIS HALF WILL BE 10 ICE SLOTS BETWEEN OCT13-DEC16 FOR $100 (OR $120.) WE WILL CONTINUE WITH THE HOUSE LEAGUE IN JANUARY IF INTEREST IS STILL HIGH. THIS WILL RESULT IN ANOTHER PAYMENT BEING DUE IN JANUARY.
D and C Level Teams
Tryouts for both level teams will be held over the course of 2 nights. It is expected that you attend these nights. Tryouts will be Sunday, October 6nd,from 7:10– 8:20PM, Monday October 7rdfrom 9:15 – 10:15PM.
All Levels
All skaters are required to register with USA hockey for an additional fee of $40 before taking the ice. Full Hockey Gear is required.
Registration
Registration will take place at the Foxes Season Party, Sunday, September 21, 3p-? (Eunice Esposito Park, Fayette St, Rotterdam, NY) OR Thursday, September 26th from 7-8:30pm at the Clifton Park Ice Arena. Please bring the attached form with you! If you are unable to attend, please e-mail us, then mail check and forms to the address listed on registration form.
