Activity name: How Well Do You Know Your Friends?

Instructions: (1-2 hours)
Form groups of 7-8 people. In turn, one person gets asked a question and decides whether to answer 'yes' or 'no', but doesn't tell the others the answer. The other members of the group now answer how they feel the first person would answer. Once everyone has shown how they feel the first person will answer (probably by writing on a piece of paper), the first person reveals her/his answer.
The questions asked must not threaten personal integrity, and everyone should always have the option of saying 'I don't want to answer'.
Discuss the answers afterwards.
Some examples of questions could be:
1. Do you mind phoning an unknown person?
2. Do you often watch T.V series?
3. Do you believe in a higher power?
4. If you saw a grown up hitting a child at a bus stop would you intervene?
5. Do you take sugar in your coffee?
6. Do you read more than 5 novels a year?
7. Do you believe in fate?
8. Have you been caught for speeding?
9. Would you dare to tell your opinion in a group of 10 unknown people?
10. If you see a shoplifter do you intervene?
11. Do you like dogs?
12. Do you visit more than 3 sports events a year?
13. Are you careful about tidiness and keeping things in order?
14. Do you drink alcohol every week?
15. Are you fussy?
16. Do you cry when you watch a sentimental film?
17. Have you been to a classical concert within the last year?
