Screen Time

Device Care

I will never leave my device unattended or in an unsafe spot.
I will ensure my deviceis charged nightly and ready for the school day.
I will never put any stickers or markings on my device.
I recognize that my deviceis subject to inspection at any time without notice.
I will not loan my deviceto other individuals. If another individual does cause damage to my device, I understand I am responsible for any of those damages.
I will not download any apps, music, movies, or digital content of any kind on my device.
I will put my devicein a safe place in my backpack, and be cautious of how I treat my backpack while the deviceis inside of it.
I will not use my devicenear food or drinks. I will not expose my deviceto long-term extremes in temperature or direct sunlight.
If there is any damage to my device, at any point in the year, I will report the incident to my teacher immediately.

At the end of the year, we will collect the devicesand make an assessment of them. We will charge for any damage deemed beyond reasonable wear and tear. This determination will be made by the school district IT staff.

Acceptance and Checkout Details

I understand that, as outlined in the deviceloan program agreement above, I am responsible for any and all use of the device. I also understand that I am responsible, including financially, for any and all damage deemed beyond normal wear-and-tear.
