Academic Registry Key Dates to Note for Partner Colleges

·  March 2016 – Final year Faculty of Arts & Science (FAS) Foundation students sent Application form to progress by Academic Registry with a deadline of 27 May 2016.

·  May 2016 – If Top-Up running – FoHSC Foundation students sent Application form to progress by Academic Registry

·  June 2016 – Enrolment Team to send reminder letters to FAS final year Foundation students who have not yet applied to do the ‘Top up’.

·  July 2016 – FoHSC ‘Top up’ applicants sent letter confirming enrolment arrangements (depending on whether ‘Top Up’ is running).

·  July 2016 – Successful FAS ‘Top up’ applicants sent letter confirming enrolment arrangements.

·  16th May 2016 – Deadline for students to register to attend the July graduation ceremonies.

·  3rd June 2016 – Deadline for students to pay outstanding debt prior to graduation.

·  6th June 2016 – Deadline for staff to register to attend the July graduation ceremonies.

·  20th June 2016 – Deadline for students to order robes.

·  1st July 2016 (1pm) – Results released to final year Faculty of Arts & Science Foundation degree students.

·  1st July 2016 (1.30pm) – Results released to final year Faculty of Education QTS students.

·  5th July 2016 (1pm) – Results released to final year Faculty of Health & Social Care Foundation degree students.

·  5th July 2016 (1.30pm) – Results released to final year Faculty of Education students (non-QTS programmes).

·  8th July 2016 (12noon) – Results released to continuing Faculty of Arts and Science Foundation degree students.

·  8th July 2016 (1.30pm & 2pm) – Results released to continuing Faculty of Education QTS students.

·  8th July 2016 (2.30pm) – Results released to continuing Faculty of Health & Social Care Foundation Degree students.

·  15th July 2016 (1pm) – Results released to continuing Faculty of Education students (non-QTS programmes).

·  13th July 2016 – Deadline by which graduating students will receive confirmation of guest tickets (by email) and pre-ceremony guide information (by post).

·  18th – 22nd July 2016 – Graduation ceremonies

·  August 2016 – Continuing students emailed online enrolment information to EH email account.

·  15th August 2016 Main Reassessment Deadline.

·  16th August 2016 – Stage 1 (online) enrolment goes live for new Shrewsbury PGCE FET students. Enrolment instructions emailed to personal email addresses.

·  23rd August 2016 - Enrolment training session for staff*.

·  31st August 2016 – Online enrolment goes live for continuing students.

·  6th September 2016 – Stage 1 (online) enrolment goes live for all new undergraduate students including ‘Top ups’ and Cert Ed FET. Enrolment instructions emailed to personal email addresses.

·  12th September 2016 (9.00-9.30 am, Wilson Centre, Ormskirk campus) – Stage 2 enrolment for BSC (Hons) Computing ‘Top up’.

·  9th September 2016 – Enrolment training session for staff*.

·  15th September 2016 (11am) – Re-assessment results released to Faculty of Arts & Sciences Foundation Degree students.

·  September 2016 – Letter sent to FAS ‘Top up’ students who have passed reassessment confirming enrolment arrangements.

·  15th September 2016 (1pm) – Re-assessment results released to Faculty of Education students.

·  15th September 2016 (2pm) – Re-assessment results released to Faculty of Health & Social Care Foundation students.

·  16th September 2016 (12.00 to 12.30pm, The Theatre, Health Building, Ormskirk campus) – Stage 2 enrolment for BSC (Hons) Business ‘Top ups’.

·  16th September 2016 – Online enrolment goes live for continuing students who have been required to complete re-assessment and subsequently pass.

·  22nd September 2016 (5.00-5.30pm, Wilson Centre, Ormskirk campus) – Stage 2 enrolment for BA (Hons) Counselling ‘top up’.

·  22nd September 2016 – Stage 2 enrolment for part time FET Shrewsbury programme at Shrewsbury.

·  22nd September 2016 (10.00-11.00am), Wilson Centre, Ormskirk campus) – Stage 2 enrolment for new FAS Foundation programmes.

·  28th Oct 2016 – Deadline for students to register to attend the December graduation ceremonies.

·  3rd November 2016 – Online census goes live, information sent to Faculty Assistant Registrar to be circulated to programme areas. Deadline for submission 16th November 2016.

·  4th Nov 2016 – Deadline for students to pay outstanding debt prior to graduation.

·  4th Nov 2016 – Deadline for staff to register to attend the Dec graduation ceremonies.

·  18th Nov 2016 – Deadline for students to order robes.

·  30th Nov 2016 – Deadline by which graduating students will receive confirmation of guest tickets (by email) and pre-ceremony guide information (by post).

·  3rd December 2016 – Graduation ceremonies

·  Mid December 2016 – Key point to ensure any students who have stopped attending or engaging in October/November are withdrawn.

·  Late January 2017– Key point to ensure any students who have not returned after Christmas are withdrawn.

·  16th March 2017 – Second online census goes live, information sent to Faculty Assistant Registrar to be circulated to programme areas. Deadline for submission 29th March 2017.
