BUSAD Program Director, St. Mary’s College of California, School of Economics and Business Administrtion (2016- present)

  • Oversee the student experience, encourage retention, and promote graduation rates for more than 600 BUSAD students.
  • Oversee the schedule of 112 BUSAD sections, optimize registration through a centralized BUSAD petition process to maintain average class size of 27 students, and reduced 9 BUSAD sections for AY 2017-18 to meet budgetary restrictions.
  • Review student requests for transfer course equivalency, study abroad, and internships
  • Worked cross-functionally to revise the Digital Media concentration and introduced the new Business Analytics concentration.
  • Write BUSAD collateral material for Info Sheets, Course Catalog, and SMC website
  • Created and managed the BUSAD Peer Mentoring Program.
  • Led 40 students from LaSalle University Barcelona on a Study Tour of Business, Technology and Innovation

  • Lead seminars and present keynote speeches for audiences from 20-500.
