Are these damaged?
I understand that I am purchasing used commemorative seats (the “Seats”) in “as-is” condition and that no warranties of any kind, whether common law or statutory, shall apply to the purchase of the Seats. I acknowledge and agree that such Seats are intended to be decorative, are not fit for any other use, and are not intended to bear any weight whatsoever. In consideration of the right to purchase the Seats, I, on behalf of myself and each of my heirs, personal representatives, executors, and assigns, do hereby agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Miami Dolphins Ltd., the National Football League, South Florida Stadium LLC, South Florida Sports Foundation, Inc. (d/b/a Miami Dolphins Foundation), and each of the foregoing’s affiliates, sponsors, partners, members, shareholders, officers, directors, employees and volunteers (hereinafter individually and collectively referred to as the “Releasees”) with respect to any and all claims, suits, losses, expenses, and liabilities – including, without limitation, any injury, disability, death, or damage to person or property - relating in any way to the Seats, including, but not limited to, any use or misuse thereof, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, whether or not caused by the negligent acts or omissions of any Releasee.
When will I receive my purchased seatback or assembled seat?
Seatbacks (unsigned and not a full seat) can be purchased for $20 at Dolphins.com/seatback and can be picked up at Sun Life Stadium on Saturday, July 18 from 9:00 a.m. – Noon or they can be shipped for an additional $15. Seatbacks will be shipped on July 20. No overseas shipping.
Assembled seats can only be picked up. You will be emailed when your assembled seat is ready to pick up. We anticipate this date to before October 2015.
Can I pay extra to have it autographed by the player of my choice? The Miami Dolphins are hosting a series of autographed seat auctions throughout the year featuring Dolphins legends and key players throughout the team’s history. This auction can be found at Dolphins.com/seatback.
When will seatbacks (unsigned and not a full seat) be available for pickup?
Seatbacks will be available for pick up on Saturday, July 18 from 9 a.m. – Noon at Sun Life Stadium.
When will assembled seats be available for pickup?
Currently we do not have an exact date for pick up. Our goal is to have it done before October 2015.
When will Seatbacks (unsigned and not a full seat) be expected to be mailed?
Seatbacks will be shipped on July 20.
Does the seat have a specific number on it?
Seats are numbered 1-24
Can I choose the number on the seat?
Unfortunately this is not possible. The seats were removed in bulk. There is no way to request a specific number.
I would like to purchase several seatbacks and have them shipped to different addresses?
We will only ship seatbacks to the address on the email during registration. If you would like to ship seatbacks to different locations, please purchase them separately with different postal addresses.
Is there a limit on how many assembled seats you can buy?
A limited number of assembled seats will be sold to Members first (limit 2 per Member account) during a defined time window based on tenure, followed by the general public. Seats can only be purchased online. After the initial restrictions end at 2 p.m. there are no limits on how many assembled seats you can purchase.
Is there a limit on how many seatbacks (unsigned and not a full seat) someone can purchase?
There is no limit on how many seatbacks an individual can purchase at any time.
Can you overnight assembled seats or seatbacks?
Assembled seats are for pickup only.
Seatbacks are mailed for standard mail delivery only. Seatbacks will be shipped on July 20.
Can I come to the stadium and pay for this in cash and pick it up directly on site?
No, all purchases must be made online.
Will Members receive at seatback?
Yes, Members should have received 1 seatback per Member account. If you have not received your complimentary seatback, please contact your Membership representative directly to coordinate pick-up. Additional seatbacks can be purchased for $20 and can be shipped for an additional $15. No overseas shipping.
