i. 2 Alumni Outreach Opportunities during Spring Break – one in DC and one in NY

ii. ~15 AB trips this semester, up from 2 5 years ago and first dedicated graduate student trip

iii. Impacts from passage of new credit card law

1. Lesser impact than most campuses because we already don’t allow credits card agencies on campus

2. Can still get a credit card at Chevy Chase Bank but not part of the “Student Banking Package” and a cosigner is required for any card if you are under 21

iv. Current textbook legislation in Annapolis requires government issued ID when you return textbooks, trying to have University IDs included as “government issued ID”

i. Signage for Chevy Chase Bank changing to Capital One Bank

ii. Newspaper Distribution policy

1. Currently running by the legal office

2. May want to consider broadening it from “Newspaper” to “publications”

i. MOSAIC Retreat this weekend

ii. Call for programs for APA Heritage Month and Pride Month

d. Campus Programs

i. PLC applications, Art Purchase Program applications out

ii. Vets scholarships available

iii. Multi-institute study of leadership – encourage anyone you know who received an invite to complete the application

i. Special session to debate the tuition increase Sunday at 6 pm

- Create more public and transparent discussion by posting agenda’s and meeting minutes online

- Complete the office space allocation process for the 2010-11 school year

- Continue process for filling Steak Escape vacancy and “East Lounge”

- Fill all vacant positions for Fall 2010
