To Fix Your Outlook Mail Settings

To fix your Outlook mail settings:

Windows XP users:

1) Close your Outlook application

2) Click on Start

3) Click control panel

4) Click on Mail

5) Click on the Email Accounts button

6) Click the entry for your Exchange account and click the Change button above that

7) Change the line that says: mtsdmail1.mtsd.local to mtsdmail.mtsd.local

8) Click Next

9) Click Finish

Windows 7 users:

1) Close your Outlook application

2) Click on the Windows orb at the bottom left

3) In the search box, type in “Mail”

4) Click on Mail at the top

5) Click on the Email Accounts button

6) Click the entry for your Exchange account and click the Change button above that

7) Change the line that says: mtsdmail1.mtsd.local to mtsdmail.mtsd.local

8) Click Next

9) Click Finish
