LABWIN Laboratory Package Dyeing Machine
The LABWIN Laboratory Package Dyeing Machine (figure 1) is an easy to handle and very flexible tool for every package dyeing plant. It has the same functional features as production machine. Its liquor ratio and flow rate are consistent with the bulk production package dyeing machine. The process technique developed on the LABWIN can be applied with very little adjustment to bulk production and the improvements for the production process can be simulated on the machine before bulk production. The LABWIN machine has following features, which make it a superior laboratory equipment in the market:
(1) Versatility in capacity: the machine is designed with a capacity from 1 – 6 packages per kier.
(2) Versatility in coupling: 2, 3 or 4 units of identical machines can be easily linked to run as a single machine to produce package of the same color shade.
(3) Consistent liquor ratio: the liquor ratio is consistent with Fong’s package dyeing machines and most of machines which are available in the market.
(4) Excellent levelness: the machine is equipped with Intelligent Levelling Control function which enhances dye levelness, thus reduces yarn loss.
(5) Direct application of recipe: the dyeing recipe can be applied in to production machine if the parameters and settings on the production machines are similar to the LABWIN.
(6) Air-pad technology and flexible spindle: help to maintain a consistent liquor ratio when the loadings are reduced.
The LABWIN Laboratory Package Dyeing Machine is used for the pre-treatment, dyeing and after treatment of packages, bobbins, loose fiber, muffs, tops and tapes made of Cotton, polyester, poly/cotton, acrylic, polyamide (nylon), wool, ramie/cotton, etc.

The THEN aerodynamic system
The atmospheric alternative
The patented, aerodynamic THEN-AIRFLOW® dyeing system differs fundamentally from conventional jet and overflow dyeing machines based on the hydraulic principle.
THEN-AIRFLOW® SYN A G1 (Figure 2) is the best alternative for the cotton and polyamide segments. It operates with the same highly advanced dyeing technology as the SYNERGY system, but at temperature of up to 98℃. This ensures the optimum protection of the fabric, which receives outstanding surface quality due to the THEN-AIRFLOW® process.
Fabric transport takes place by means of a separate gas circuit with moist air or an air-steam mixture. This allows injection-free transport or a fabric passage without liquor. The fabric is constantly in motion from loading to the batch end, even during the discharge and filling processes.

Xorella’s XO-Series Vacuum Conditioning and Heat Setting Machine
Xorella’s XO-Series energy saving vacuum conditioning and heat setting machines have been well received by customers since its launching. The new XO-series uses key components with uncomprised quality and excellent engineering in both performance and reliability to help the customers to save the energy consumption by 15-25%. Cornerstone of the new series is the advanced XO-steaming system, which uses the renowned intermediate vacuum technology and combines with internally produced 100% saturated steam to effectively condition, set, pre-shrinkage and relax the textile products.
From the standpoint of the customers, the Swiss designed XO-series machines incoporate the econlogy concept to offer an unprecedented low energy consumption and an incredible simple design with minimum maintenance requirement to meet the lowest process cost and highest quality requirements. The operational efficiency is significantly improved by automatic loading platform.
Numerous XO- series machines have already been in operation in China, India and other countries. Please visit Fong’s booth at Hall W3, Booth No. B38 for further information.
(Figure 3: XO-SMART Series is designed for ultimate value offering.Three standard sizes are available with a full package of latest features and XO-steaming system for all low temperature applications.)
(Figure 4: XO-SELECT Series offers all operational advantages with a vast array of design options available. Both cylindrical and cubical versions can be equipped with a variety of loading systems, as well as door configurations.Temperature range from 50℃ to 140 ℃ can be chosen.)
Treatment vessels and pipings of new XO-series machines are made of high quality stainless steel.
