All student athletes of The Pennsylvania State University are insured under an athletic injury

insurance program which covers their participation in an approved intercollegiate athletic sport.
The policy period extend from 8/1/2015 to 7/31/2016.

The University maintains a self-insured funding mechanism for covered injuries excess of any primary health insurance including dental and vision coverage. If the student athlete has properly demonstrated to the University that he or she has no primary insurance, the University’s athletic injury insurance program will be primary payer. Therefore, please submit your itemized invoice for the injured student athlete to:
