Alcoholic - Vodka, Light and Dark Rum, Gin, Whiskey (Irish, Scotch and American), Tequila, Cognac, Vermouth (Martini), Liqueurs such as Tia Maria, Kahlua, Bailey’s, Midori, Creme de Banane, Creme de Menthe, Blue Curacao, Creme de Cacao, Cointreau.

Non-Alcoholic - Pouring Cream, Milk, Orange Juice, Lime Juice (Not Cordial), Cranberry Juice, Pineapple Juice, Tomato Juice, Grenadine Syrup, Lemon Juice, Cola, Soda Water.

Garnish – Lemon, Lime, Orange, Pineapple, Celery (Bloody Mary), Kiwi, Cherries, Olives.

Other - Salt, Pepper, Sugar, Tobasco Sauce, Woesteshire Sauce, Angustura Bitters.

A checklist of all essential equipment and ingredients should be kept behind the bar and referred to prior to cocktail service to ensure adequate supplies.
