Terms and Conditions

Head Count: Bocci Trattoria & Pizzeria requires a guaranteed guest count no later than fourteen (14) days prior to your event. The event will be billed according to this guarantee unless the actual count is greater than the guaranteed count.

Service Charge: An 18% gratuity may be assessed on all food and beverage purchases. A $1.00/person service charge will be assessed on all outside desserts brought into the restaurant.

Room Charge: Typically, we require a minimum amount spent in the room to keep your event “private”. This minimum amount will be determined based on the day of the week and the time. If applicable, room rental fees are $50.00 per hour for lunch functions and $100.00 per hour for dinner functions.

Deposit: Bocci Trattoria & Pizzeria requires a credit card to hold all “private party” reservations. Credit cards will not be charged unless the event is cancelled within the cancellation period (see below).

Cancellation Policy: Events that are cancelled with greater than 14 days (30 days during the months of May & December) notice will not be charged a cancellation fee. A cancellation fee of 25% of the minimum guaranteed amount will be charged to the card on file if the cancellation occurs within 14 days (30 days during the months of May & December) of the event.
