June 2006- October 2013I have acquired great customer service and interpersonal skills while working for six states. I helped customers solve their vehicle problems on a daily basis by identifying parts as needed as well as helping customers to trouble shoot the issues with their vehicles. I worked as a gear technician from June 2006- fall of 2010. From the fall 2010-May 2013 my responsibilities entailed shipping and receiving, parts sales, and customer service in the warehouse. My most recent position was driveline technician. My duties entailed helping customers at the counter and over the phone to solve their vehicle problems and to estimate cost of parts and repairs.

I am currently a Sergeant in the Unites States Army Reserve. I transport military equipment and supplies as a semi-truck driver. I have drill one weekend a month and annual training once a year. I am responsible to maintain my vehicle in working fashion at all times.
I am responsible to train lower enlisted soldiers on Army regulations, protocols, and to be ready for any situation we encounter. I am responsible to lead by example.

I was a part of a four man crew responsible to keep the M1A1 Abrams tank in combat order. We trained for that task relentlessly which included being able to shoot move communicate and preform under stress. Build good team and unit cohesion in order to obtain any objective.

I worked as a farm hand for Kent Crane. My duties included feeding livestock, milking cows, plowing fields, drilling fields, cutting and bailing hay. I also assisted with needed repairs to farm equipment.

I have attended the Weber State University Police Academy. With a graduation date May 28th, 2014.I have acquired approximately 40 credit hours towards my associate’s degree. My eventual goal is to obtain a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice.

/ I have effectively trained two other drive train technicians. I am a team leader for six other soldiers. I strive to build teamwork in any environment that I am in. With team work great things always follow. I also have adequate computer skills. I can use Microsoft word, excel, and research as needed on line.Leadership
