1.PROPOSED RESOLUTION - The Dates for the Calendar year 2011 shall be as follows:
Jan. 29, Sat. –NYC or Long Island
April 9 Sat
June 18, Sat
Oct 15, Sat.
2. BACKGROUND-these dates have been cleared for conflict with the Jewish calendar and other major holidays.
3. ARGUMENTS
PRO-Setting the calendar allows all to plan ahead for their local schedules.
Allows groups to become familiar with events and situations in other groups throughout the state.
CON-none
4. PRIOR CLUB POLICY -has been the practice for many years.
5. FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS -none

Next Steps: Finding Groups to match the dates, with first choice being those who have not had a chapter meeting in the past 2 years.
One meeting will be at both NYC and HM to avoid conflict with weather problems.
