A block of villas have been made available in our Harbour Town Area:
All Harbour Town villas come complete with fully equipped kitchens, living rooms and dining rooms.
-One-bedroom Villa: $135 per villa, per night
-Two-bedroom Villa: $180 per villa, per night
-Three-bedroom Villa: $203 per villa, per night
-Four-bedroom Villa: $243 per villa, per night
· Rates do not include a combined 19.5% state sales & accommodations tax and amenity fee
· Villa rates are based on a minimum three night stay
· A limited number of villas are available for two night stays. Please call for rates
· Rates do not include optional daily housekeeping. Various services are available at an additional charge.
RESERVATION INFORMATION
Only one person per villa may reserve a villa, and that person is responsible for payment upon departure. Reservations must be received by The Sea Pines Resort no later than April 18, 2012. A deposit for one night’s lodging and taxes must accompany this form. Any reservations received after this date will be based on availability.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For a deposit refund, the reservation must be cancelled at least 21 days prior to arrival. Cancellations after 21 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Deposit refunds are processed less a $50 administration fee.
All cancellations within 24 hours of arrival day will be considered no shows and the credit card on file will be charged the amount for the entire stay reserved. The guest may find a substitute for their reservation in order to avoid penalty. The guest is also responsible for payment for all nights of the reservation (should a shortened stay be requested at check-in).
Check in time is 4:00 PM, and check out time is 10:00 AM. Sea Pines Resort is pleased to offer early check-in and late check-out at no additional fee based on availability. For a guaranteed early arrival or late check-out, the accommodation must be reserved for the extended period at the cost of an additional night’s stay.
