1.Accessing UMass BuyWays
Logging in
  1. Open your Campus Launch Pageandclick on the UMass BuyWays link.{Change image below to match your campus launch page}

  1. Enter yourCampus User ID, Password,and select your Campus to log into UMass BuyWays.

  1. Click the Login button.
/ Your next screen view is that of the UMass BuyWays Homepage which defaults to the Home/Shop tab as displayed below.

Updating Personal Information
Your profile contains information about yourself, your default settings in UMass BuyWays, and allows you to change the navigation setup of the site for yourself.
  1. Click the navigation tab on the homepage orthe Profile link in the upper left corner.
  2. Click tab.
  3. Select the User tab.
  4. Review your personal information.
  5. If your email or phone information is not correct, contact HR to correct it.
  6. Click the button.
Setting Your Email Preferences
Your Email Preferences have been pre-set for you and it is recommended that you not change them. If you have any questions regarding your Email Preferences, contact
To view your Email Preferences:
  1. Click the Profile navigation tab on the homepage or the Profile link in the upper left corner
  2. Select the User Setting tab.
  3. Select tab.
  1. If user permissionallows, click and adjust the values accordingly.
  2. Click thebutton at the bottom of the page.
/ Setting Your Ship-To Address
  1. Click thenavigationtab on the homepage or the Profile link in the upper left corner.
  2. Select the tab.
  3. Select the sub-tab. Notice that the Ship To tab displays by default.
  4. On the Ship To tab, click button.
  5. Click the drop down menu and Select the ship to address that corresponds to your campus needs. A default shipping address may have been set up for you.
  6. Review the Ship To informationand make adjustments where necessary(such as Bldg. number or floor level).
  7. Check the default box if address is your default address.
  8. Click the button.
Designating a Cart Assignee (Shopper)
You may add several Requisitioners to your profile. One or more may already appear.
  1. Click the Profile tab.
  2. Select the Purchasing tab
  3. Select sub-tab.
  4. Click button.
  5. Enter last and first name of Requisitioner and Clickthebutton.
  6. Click the Requestor’s name or the action box.
  7. To choose a default Requisitioner, click the action button beside their name.
  8. To remove a Requisitioner from your list, click the action button beside their name.
