Group Services
Golden Pheasant Golf Club is the perfect setting for your group event or corporate outing. The exceptional amenities and services available to your group at Golden Pheasant GC will make it a truly special day for your guests.
Special amenities and services offered at Golden Pheasant Golf Club include:

· Hole contests such as – Long Drive, Closest to the Pin, Long Putt, etc.
· Rental clubs available
· Covered Electric golf carts
· Friendly, professional service staff to greet, assist, and direct your guests as they arrive
· On course food and beverage services – a master tab or personalized drink tickets can be arranged for your group
· Special custom logo apparel, golf balls, or gift items can be ordered for your event from a number of brand name vendors. Our extensive stock of high quality clothing and equipment makes merchandise gift certificates popular prizes for your event winners.

Our experienced staff of Golf Professionals and Food & Beverage Staff understand and appreciate the importance of a well-run, enjoyable event for your organization and the impact it can have on your client relationships and fundraising abilities. We are eager to help plan, manage, and host the ideal outing so you can relax and enjoy the day as well.
Group Outings
Shotgun Starts
To request a shotgun start, you must have a minimum of 60 golfers at original date of guarantee. A shotgun start allows all players to start at different holes all at the same time. Depending on the number of golfers you have booked, some holes will have two groups starting as Group A & Group B. Unless you have confirmed 120 golfers, the entire golf course may not necessarily be used as a starting hole. The Gen. Mgr. and the Golf Pro determine hole-starting assignments.
Consecutive Starts
Groups under 60 will start consecutively. Consecutive tee times will allow your group to tee off every 8 minutes. Consecutive starts are available any day of the week.
Tournament Start Times
Weekend and Holiday tournaments will begin after 11:00am. Weekday tournaments have no time restrictions.
Prize Pool Money
$7.00 per person must be spent for prizes or gift certificates. The $7.00 can be pooled together for form contest winner prize amounts.
Fundraisers
The staff of the Golden Pheasant GC can assist you with additional contests and competitions for your contestants to enjoy. From the more traditional such as Longest Drive, Putting Contest, Closest to the Pin to the less traditional Putting Yarn, Straightest Drive and more. All of these can be additional revenue generators for your organization or simply add to the fun of the day.
Event Day Itinerary
To assist you in planning your day, please take note of the following time schedules:
1) A shotgun start requires all golfers to be in their carts fifteen minutes prior to the scheduled start time. This will allow enough time for the golfers to be led out to their starting holes. Every attempt is made to ensure that we all stay on schedule. A sample itinerary follows:

11:30 – 12:40 Practice Area & Putting Green Open
11:30 – 12:40 Loading Golf Bags on Golf Cars
11:30 – 12:40 Free Ice for Coolers & Beverage Purchases in Clubhouse
12:45 All Golfers in Golf Cars Ready for Instructions
12:45 – 12:50 Instructions Given to Golfers for Day’s Play
12:50 – 1:00 Golfers Driven Out to Holes
1:00 Golfers Begin Play
2) A golf outing with consecutive Tee Time starts:
Example- 50 Player Golf Outing Itinerary for 10:am Consecutive Start
9:00 - 10:30 Registration for golfers
9:00 Practice Area & Putting Green Open
9:45 1st Foursomes get cart assignments
9:55 Foursomes begin being sent to 1st Tee by the Starter
10:00 – 11:22 Foursomes are sent to 1st Tee at a rate of one every 7.5 minutes
11:22 Last foursome is sent to 1st Tee
Locker Rooms
Ladies and Men’s locker rooms are available. The locker rooms are equipped with showers and towels are available. Lockers are available for daily use. Golden Pheasant Golf Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or items left in the locker room.
Non-Metal Spikes
Metal spikes are prohibited. As a courtesy to your golfers, Golden Pheasant GC offers a metal to non-metal spike change over.
