Join Donald Kendrick and the Sacramento State School of Music Choirs for CHORALFEST- a Choral Concert on Saturday, May 13tth at 8 PM in Sacred Heart Church located on the corner of 39th and J Street. The evening will feature the Sac State Women’s Choir and Men’s Choir in a program celebrating a wide variety of choral music. The program will include Vivaldi’s “Magnificat” for choir, soloists and orchestra, along with spirituals and modern works from Europe. Each year this concert features leading area High School Choirs as guest artists that will include the Rocklin High School Chamber Choir, Shawn Spiess- Director, the Bella Vista High School Chamber Choir, Wendy Carey – Director, and the El Camino High School Madrigals, David Vanderbout – Dirctor. . The suggested donation at the door is $10 General $7 Seniors and $5 for Students. Advance tickets are strongly suggested by calling the CSUS Central Ticket Office (916) 278-4323.
