Returns and Exchanges

Fit Couture will gladly accept returns and exchanges for unworn, unwashed items, with tags still attached, for full refund or exchange on all items purchased from the FitCouture.com web site within 30 days of the original ship date.

How to return or exchange merchandise

·  Fill out the enclosed returns and exchanges form.

·  Please indicate whether you would like to return or exchange the item.

·  If you are exchanging merchandise, please make sure you indicate the item number/name you wish to exchange for, as well as size and color information.

·  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

·  Exchanges for identical items differing only in size will be sent out without additional shipping and handling charges. All other exchanges will be charged at our standard shipping and handling rates.

·  If you no longer have the return and exchange form that came with your order, you may download and print one from the www.fitcouture.com website (click the “Returns” link at the bottom of the page.)

Returns and other information

·  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

·  Return credits will be issued in the same form as the original payments.

·  Please allow up to two billing cycles for return payments to be credited to your credit card.

·  Some special offers may not be eligible for returns or exchanges (they will be so noted on the web site).
