TDS TELECOM ILEC OPERATIONS - Announces switch decommission at Potlatch Telephone Company located in Kendrick, ID

· June 27, 2017, TDS TELECOM will decommission its Class 5 switch in the Kendrick (KNDRIDXXDS0) rate center.

· All customers currently served by (KNDRIDXXDS0), (JLTTIDXARS0) and (TROYIDXXRS0) have been migrated to the (KNDRIDXXGT0), (JLTTIDXA0MD) and (TROYIDXX0MD) offices. JLTTIDXA0MD and TROYIDXX0MD subtend the Kendrick KNDRIDXXGT0 gateway office.

· Carriers should issue disconnect orders for any trunks remaining on KNDRIDXXDS0 to the TDS Telecom Access Service Center by June 15, 2017 with a DDD of June 27, 2017. Once all carrier trunk groups have been disconnected, the switch will be decommissioned.

· Carriers requesting new or augmented Direct End Office Trunk groups to the KNDRIDXXGT0 gateway office may order those through the TDS Telecom Access Service Center. The SS7 Point Code for these offices is 223-012-021. The KNDRIDXXGT0 gateway office subtends the Asotin, WA SPKNWA01C9T tandem for FGB/D.
