Rocky Mountain Select Texas Longhorn Sale, its Sponsors, Latigo Trails Equestrian Center, Searle Ranch, Silverado Ranch, Inc. and their employees, owners and representatives assume no liability of risk or loss, express or implied, legal or otherwise, for any accident or injury to persons, animals or property, including any loss of life, loss by theft or other perils. Consignor agrees, as a condition of participation, to these conditions and to comply with Consignment Requirements. These individuals and entities assume no responsibility or liability for any agreements, promises or guarantees made by consignors/sellers. Such agreements, promises or guarantees are strictly the responsibility of consignor/sellers and buyers.

The undersigned further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Rocky Mountain Select Texas Longhorn Sale, Sponsors, Latigo Trails Equestrian Center, Searle Ranch, Silverado Ranch, Inc. and their owners, employees and representatives, from any and all claims, demands, causes of action or liabilities of any nature which may arise from or are in any way related to the presence of Consignor and/or his/her livestock at the Rocky Mountain Select Texas Longhorn Sale.

The undersigned agrees that if a buyer is unable to accept delivery because of interstate health or identification requirements, the consignor, not the Rocky Mountain Select Texas Longhorn Sale, Searle Ranch, or Silverado Ranch, Inc. shall be responsible for any refunds or adjustments.
