·  SHPO/ROSHO Risk Assessments are completed subject to agreed protocols for referral, delivery of SOPO/ROSHO report, invoicing and payment.

·  Prior to written referral being made, an initial telephone discussion to Paul Clark, NWSAC or an email contact to Paul should be made by the referring officer to confirm timescales and for a brief case discussion.

·  Advance notice of requirement to attend Court to give evidence should be discussed with NWSAC to ensure availability. Cancellation or amendment of agreed Court dates should be notified to NWSAC as soon as possible.
