Dear Ducks Unlimited Member and Friend:
The White River Chapter’s Ducks Unlimited Annual Membership Dinner will be held on Wednesday night October 3, 2012 at the White Lake Eagles, in Whitehall, MI. This year you can enjoy the newly renovated bar area with improved views of White Lake. As always, the Banquet will feature high quality art work, beautiful decoys, art prints and unique Ducks Unlimited collectors items, in addition to a total of 17 guns (includes the 10 gun raffle). The cash bar opens at 5:30 PM with a manly N.Y. Strip Dinner at 7:00 PM. A ticket order form is enclosed for your convenience.
Our usual activities will include a live auction, silent auction, a tier raffle, a poker game, and as in previous years, something new and creative will be done.
Our Big Shooter’s Gun Package will be offered again this year, and if you order your tickets in advance for the Big Shooters gun package, you will receive a discount package of tickets and a special ticket for an Early Bird drawing. An example of the guns and ticket information is enclosed with this letter. Remember, you must order these tickets in advance, by mail and postmarked no later than September 24, 2012. Individual tickets for these guns will also be available at the door.
Your Ducks Unlimited Committee urges you to introduce a new member, Greenwing and/or friend to a fun evening, which will help ensure the growth of Ducks Unlimited well into the future.
NOTE: All reserved tickets must be paid for in advance.

If you would like to be an Early Bird and order your tickets in advance, you will save a few bucks and also receive a chance to win a gun on an Early Bird gun drawing. The Early Bird drawing will only be available by selecting one of the following:

7 ten-gun tickets for $100.00 with 3 free early bird drawing ticket
