Meeting was called to order by Dave Buffenbarger at 7:05 pm. There were 18 members in attendance.

Seniors:

A huge thank you to everyone that supported their Charity Event. They were able to raise $3600 for Pancreatic Cancer. They did a great job of being organized!

Coaches:

-  Communications – It has been very trying to make sure that everyone is up-to-date. Thanks to Cindi and Barb for your help!

-  JV White Tournament – Brackets are updated and posted. Everything will need to be played on the V field.

-  Columbus Tournament – V leaves tomorrow from School

Treasurer Report:

-  Still have a couple of players that need to pay for player packs

-  Projected to have $5,000 left over to help with initial expenses for next year.

MABA:

-  Board electing officers for next year. Need a treasurer. Contact Dave if you are interested.

-  Rep from softball goes to the meetings – not a lot of work, just report back to the Softball board

-  Auditing all booster organizations –sometime in April

ICRC

Still recruiting volunteers to help record the Varsity Games. There is a sign-up genius available or talk to Don Stewart about signing up.

Support Military Program:

-  Stewart Tire & Softball Boosters are supporting local military families.

-  They will be giving a free oil change to active military families for July 4th.

-  For every home game, if a Mason Player hits a homerun or if Mason wins the game, Softball boosters and Stewart Tire will donate an oil change to a military family.

-  Trying to get a sign for the fence.

Fundraising Committee:

-  Hit-A-Thon – We raised over $8,600!! That is $2600 more than was budgeted. Communication was the key factor in making it such a great success!

-  Chpotle – we are still waiting on a check from their company from our fundraiser back in February.

Spiritwear

-  Spirit packs were picked up today and will be sent to the team parents ASAP.

-  Team Posters – will get tomorrow

-  Senior Posters – banners are on the fence. Proofs look good. The boosters will split the cost of the posters with the Senior parents

Future Board Members

We will have at least 2 open positions on the Board.
