2017 No Excuse Mom Calendar Application
(due June 15th)
Hello!
Beginning on June 6th, you have 12 weeks to get in tip top shape. Not only will this challenge inspire you to get/stay in shape this summer, but it’s a preparation process your family will enjoy. Our past calendars have been featured on Dr. Oz, Fox and Friends, Daily Mail, People.com and several local news stations. We are hoping to make a splash with our FIRST fit dad calendar also featuring our favorite NEMs in 2017! This is your chance to be part of our inaugural issue!
Here are some tips taken from The No More Excuses Diet book:
- Drink only water (cut the alcohol and reserve for just a few occasions this summer)
- Be careful about your intake, I highly suggest writing it down.
- Focus on high intensity, quality exercises
- Measure your progress via selfies, fitness tests, scale, etc.
- Create an accountability team and count-down calendar

Images can be taken indoor or outdoor (outdoor is better).
