All-star party

Sandy Peltyn hosted a New Year's Eve dinner party at her Green Valley home in the elegant Fountains enclave.

Culinary wizards Mona Orr and Isabel Pfeifer aided in the preparing of a sumptuous late-night meal. Guests included Jack and Nancy Weinstein (Tower of Jewels), Jimmy and Sandee Comito with his children Jamie and Courtney, and Phil Stamper (VIP Las Vegas).

Arriving with a singing Barbie doll and her own CD of new music for the hostess was Lara Janine, the voice of Mattel's Barbie doll and New Year's weekend performer at the Golden Nugget. With Janine was her agent, Ed Burt, also a producer at ValCom Studios.

Invited guests included composer-singer Pierre Jovan (formerly of the Divine Divas), Grammy Award-winner Dr. Larry Hart, Marty Monroe of "Inside Edition" and Dave Teuman of World Trade Center University (which offers accredited college degrees online).

Dancing and dining into the wee hours were Greg and Katerina Phelps, Isabel Colon with Richard Hutaker, Jim Gould, Dr. Toni Hart and Jared Rogers.
