of all the National Eliminations but no earlier that 18h00 – 18h30)
DRESS CODE: Smart Evening attire.
At this prestigious event, we offer the following:
1. A sit down dinner/buffet at a cost of R200.00 per head, which will be held on the Ground floor adjacent to the Main ring .
2. A snack dinner at a cost of R90.00 per head, which will be held on the Mezzanine floor overlooking the Main Ring.

· SNACK DINNER – no tables will be reserved – this area only accommodates 80 persons and each will have a good view.
· Table Setting – FULL BUFFET DINNER ONLY - the table s accommodate 8 – 10 persons only.
o If you are booking an entire table – please advise the names of the persons for seating purposed
o If you are individually booking then the organisers will put you at a table at their discretion.
o The Organisers reserve the right to allocate tables where no requests are received.

DIRECTIONS:
FROM N1
· Take the John Vorster offramp
· Turn right if you’re coming from Johannesburg & left if from Pretoria East
· Drive straight along John Vorster Drive and cross over Nellmapius Drive after which the Southdowns Shopping centre will be on your right.
· Drive straight over the circle.
· Road then takes a left hand bend.
· After which the SAX arena is on the right.
FROM OR TAMBO AIRPORT
· Take the R21 from OR Tambo Airport towards Pretoria
· Take the M31 offramp onto Nellmapius Drive
· At the stop street, turn left onto Nellmapius Drive.
· Carry on with Nellmapius Drive, under a bridge to a 4-way stop street
· Go over the stop stree and carry on towards the traffic circle.
· Go straight over this and the next traffic circle. Carry on until the nest robots at the intersection of John Vorster Drive and Nellmapius Drive.
· Turn left onto John Vorster Drive. Continue past Southdowns shopping Centre straight over the traffic circle
· Road then takes a left hand bend.
· After which the SAX arena is on the right.
