INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL APPLICANTS - DEFERRED/CONFLICT EXAMS

1. You must obtain an application form from OSA in person or at http://www.pace.edu/osa/academic-scheduling/final-exam-schedules#conflict-exam.

2. You must complete the form and obtain a signature from your Professor that he/she is in agreement with you taking deferred/conflict exam(s).

3. You must return completed/approved form to OSA with appropriate payment - $35.00 per one exam or $50.00 for two or more – by the deadline noted. Please pay close attention – the form will list both the deadline for submission and the day the deferred/conflict exam will be given. Late submissions will not be accepted. *Please note there is no fee for valid conflict exams.

4. When completed, your original completed form (with payment stamp) will be given to Corraine Lisio in the CAE Department. Corraine will notify you by e-mail a day or two before the testing that she has received your exam from your Professor and remind you of when and where the test will take place. Please note: If there is only one date listed on the form that is the only date the deferred/conflict test will be given. If you cannot make that date it is your responsibility to try and work something out with your Professor to take the test. The CAE Department will only coordinate exams for the dates listed for deferred/conflict exams.

5. Once the test is administered the proctor will return all tests to Corraine. Corraine will be responsible for getting the completed exams back to your Professor for grading.
