With visitors from Healthy Schools, School Travel Plans, School’s Waste Services with details about their new food waste collection and Evelyn Findlater from the exciting “Good Food Matters” Community Learning Centre which is being built in Croydon.
We will be focusing on the eco-schools topics with the best overlap with healthy schools;

4:20 – 4:40 - Introduction from everyone especially;

4:40 – 5:10 - Carousel around three tables for the following eco-schools topics which especially highlight the links between Healthy and Eco Schools;
5:10 – 5:20 - Feed back best ideas from each topic to the whole group
5:20 – 5:30 - Congratulations to Rockmount School for their Green Flag – Hand out green flag case studies
5:30 – 5:50 Ideas for sustainability from Malta – (and some Maltese nibbles) Antonia and Anna were recently attended a week long “Eco-Innovation” training course fully funded by the EU. Details of similar courses available to teachers will be available.
