HATTON CITY COUNCIL
SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
Wednesday, January 18, 2017 6:P.M.
Mayor Douglas Meier called the meeting to order with the Pledge of Allegiance on Tuesday, January 18 at 6:00 P.M.
Council members attending were: Bernie Johnson, Mark Duncan, Annette Glennon and Kim Ostlie. Council member Curtis Huus and David Vold were absent. Also in attendance was: Jackie Buchwitz.
Mayor Doug Meier announced to the Council that Arik Solheim has given his two week notice and that his last day would be January 27, 2017.
The City Council decided on the following designated places that an employment ad will be placed: The Hatton Free Press, The City of Hatton Website, The Traill County Tribune, The Northwood Gleaner and the Grand Forks Herald.
Job Descriptions and applications for the Public Works position may be found on the Hatton City Website or may be picked up at Hatton City Hall.
Motion to adjourn, by Duncan, at 6:50 PM. Annette Glennon seconded the motion. Motion carried.
The next City Council Meeting will be held on Monday, February 6, 2017 at 6:00 P.M.
