food and drinks for our Holiday Party. Grace and I would also like to take this opportunity to thanks everyone

Important Information

Middletown membership

Membership is $25.00 per calendar year

You will be required to fill out a membership and waiver form. Minors will need a parent or legal guardian

signature too.

JOAD membership-

You will be required to verify your membership form for 2017.

USA Archery (USAA) is requiring all JOAD archers to become a member of USAA. Membership

Is required for tournament competition and has great benefits including the ability to compete in sanctioned events, the opportunity to gain national ranking, insurance benefits, newsletters and discounts through our preferred travel partners, United Airlines and Hilton Worldwide! JOAD membership is $35.00 per year and you can apply online at - USArchery.org and go to membership.

Our official team name is Middletown Jr. Olympians.

Shooting Fees-

$10.00 per hour

$10.00 rental.

JOAD Fees-

Personal Equipment-$15.00 per session

$ 50.00 per month

With Rental - $25.00 per session

$85.00 per month.

Must have you own finger tab and armguard.

Middletown provides a monthly open shooting fee. Unlimited practice when the lanes are available for $40.00 per month, per archer. This does not include JOAD and the archers are expected to provide or buy their own target. Check for open shooting times on the website.

2017 Tournament Dates

Feb. 4th Eastern Seaboard/Atlantic Cape, ACCC

· Register for the Sat.-Feb. 4th @ 10am.

· Arrive by 9:00am, start shooting at 10am.

· Must wear team shirt and khaki pants/shorts/skirt

· They will have concession, but limited.

· Let Cindy know if you are shooting.

· Cindy will be attending.

February 10th(Fri.) or 11th N.J. State Indoor Championships.

· ACCC is one of the venues hosting the NJ. States. Look on line for other locations

· Registration is being handled entirely by the state organization.

· Registration is not posted as of yet.

· Will forward info when posted.

· Cindy will not be attending

February 18 Winter Star Fita/ Walnutport, Pa (Archery Addictions)

· This is a Star FITA

· Applications are on the JOAD wall.

· MUST return registration to Cindy by Jan. 31st. with a check

· Check payable to: Archery Addictions

· I have reserved 18 spots for Sat. @ 12:30pm

· This is a good tournament for JOAD archers to get experience

· I will be attending.

You must Registrar early to get your time slots!!!

In order to compete, you MUST:

1. Read the instructions.

2. Make a selection for time and date for EACH event in which you will compete.

Please remember, these are two separate events. These selections should be made on

the “Indoor National Date & Time Selection Form.”

3. Fill out the appropriate registration form for EACH event in which you

will compete.

4. Review the contact information for the Harrisonburg venue (JMU).

5. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in your registration being delayed or not

processed, and could result in your inability to compete.

Fees: $75.00 Entry Fee for 44th U.S. National Indoor Championships (Must Reg. by Feb 16)

Additional $50.00 late fee. (Feb. 17-24)

$35.00 Entry Fee for 2013 JOAD National Indoor Championships (Must Reg. by Feb 16)

Additional $25.00 late fee (Feb 17-24)

Families using the Family cap- must use mail-in form.

· Participants may compete as a “BOWMAN” thought the calendar years of their 12th birthday.

· Participants may compete as a “CUB” thought the calendar years of their 14th birthday.

· Participants may compete as a “CADET” thought the calendar years of their 17th birthday.

· Participants may compete as a “JUNIOR” thought the calendar years of their 20th birthday.

· Participants may compete, as a “SENIOR” is open to everyone.

· Participants may compete as a “MASTER 50+” when the competition takes place in the year of their 50 year birthday
