The Annual Assessment (dues) for homeowners in the Summit at Brookwood is due on January 1 of each year and is considered past due as of February 1. The Annual Assessment for 2007 is $331.00 per household. Late fees and interest are added to all past due Assessments.

2007 Energy Grant Rebate Information from Sawnee EMC
There is no time like the present to make those much needed energy upgrades to your home! Making your home energy efficient will not only make you more comfortable, but it will also save on your monthly electric bill. Worried about how much it will cost to make some changes in your home? Don’t worry because Sawnee EMC will help you pay for a portion of certain upgrades through our energy rebate and incentive programs.
Listed below are the rebates that will go into effect on January 1, 2007:
• Insulation Upgrades - Bring your attic insulation up to a R-38 and receive a rebate of 1/2 the cost, to a maximum of $200.00.
• Ventilation Upgrades - Add attic ventilation through turbines, ridge vents, turtle backs or power ventilators and receive a rebate of 1/2 the cost, to a maximum of $75.00.
• Install a Programmable Thermostat - Replace your existing manual thermostat with a programmable one and receive 1/2 the cost, to a maximum of $25.00.
• Residential Lighting - Replace a minimum of 10 incandescent bulbs with compact fluorescent lighting and receive a rebate of 1/2 the cost, to a maximum of $20.00.
• Heat Pump Upgrade - Replace your existing air conditioner or install a new 14
SEER heat pump and receive $75.00 per ton, to a site maximum of $375.00.
This rebate does not apply to an upgrade to a pre-existing heat pump system.
