2nd Annual BOO-rracuda Invitational

LOCATION: Green Family YMCA, 3800 Massillon Rd., Uniontown, OH 44685
POOL: 25 yard, 6 lane pool with Colorado timing system and scoreboard.
WARM UPS: Warm-ups will begin at 7:45AM. Meet Starts at 8:50AM
RULES: Except for any changes listed in this packet, USA Swimming rules will govern this meet. This meet is conducted in accordance with the "Rules that Govern YMCA Competitive Sports" and the YMCA Swimming Black Book.
ELIGIBILITY: All YMCA teams and swimmers are eligible. Age groups are determined by swimmer's age as of December 1, 2016. Swimmers are allowed up to 5 events + the mixed relay. Mixed Freestyle relay must consist of at least 2 girls and 1 boy.
ENTRY DEADLINE: October 21, 2016. Entries may close earlier if the meet reaches capacity. Please send entries to Allison Collins, Meet Director:
AWARDS: Pumpkin themed medals for individual events 1st - 6th places and relay events 1st - 4th. All heat winners will receive a Halloween themed rubber duck! The 500 and 200 Free events at the end of the meet will be exhibition/time trial and will not be scored.
ENTRY FEES: Individual Events - $4 each + $3 swimmer surcharge. Relay Events - $12. Make check payable to Green Swimming Boosters. All entries & surcharges are non-refundable. Teams should submit one check to cover all entries.
ADMISSIONS: Swimmer surcharge covers Free Admission for spectators & Free Heat Sheets will be available online prior to the meet. A limited number of heat sheets will be available for purchase at the meet for those who do not print from home.
CONCESSIONS: Come early and enjoy a pancake breakfast; full concession stand available during meet.
CLERK OF COURSE: None; all swimmers will report behind blocks and be staged in this location.
DECK ENTRIES: Deck entries will be taken on a space available basis and will be seeded at NT. Entries will be taken at scorers table up to 35 minutes before the start of meet; $8 per individual event and $16 per relay.
POOL RULES: Footwear must be worn at all times outside of the pool area. No food or drink is permitted in the gymnasium.
CONDUCT: Coaches are responsible for the conduct and supervision of their swimmers.
COSTUME CONTEST FOR COACHES: All coaches are encouraged to wear their best Halloween costume. Judging will take place at the conclusion of the Medley Relays. Prizes will be awarded for top 2 winners.
