General Information for Seniors 2016

Prom Ticket Sales

o Monday April 25th – Friday May 6th during lunch periods.

o Tickets are $75 per person.

§ Cash or check made out to John Jay Activities Fund: Class 2016.

o Guest forms for non-JJ students must be completed and signed by an Administrator prior to ticket purchase.

o The ONLY other chance to buy your ticket is May 19th, but the price will be $85 as late purchase means additional costs to cover, so buy your tickets on time!

Table Seating

o 10 people per table.

o The Table Captain will be required to complete a Google Form providing each guests name

§ Log onto Ms. Dodge or Mrs. Rizzi’s website to access the Google Form starting on Wednesday May 18th.

§ The Google Form must be submitted no later than Friday 5/27 or random seating will be chosen for you.

o Complete the form even if you do not have a full table!

o If you wish to choose your Table Location: Table Captain must show up to room 225 on Wednesday 5/25 @ 2:00 or Thursday 5/26 @ 2:00. Tables will be chosen on a first come first serve basis. To guarantee seating near another table, captains from each table should arrive together.

Day of Prom

o MANDATORY prom assembly periods 3 & 4 the day of prom.

o Check in with your 3rd period teacher before heading to the auditorium.

o 3rd period arrivals please leave extra time to park as it will be extra busy.

o 4th period arrivals, you must come in early for 3rd period (8:53), wait at the auditorium lobby.

o Early dismissal notes must be turned in no later than Tuesday, May 31st.

o You must stay for the entire event to pick up your Entrance Bracelet to prom

§ If your date is an underclassmen or guest you will need to pick up their bracelet as they do not attend the assembly.

o Even if you are not attending prom, but are in school that day, you are attend the assembly.


Senior Breakfast & Field Day

o Tuesday, May 31st

o Senior Breakfast is periods 1 & 2 in the cafeteria.

§ Check in with your 1st period teacher to obtain your food tickets.

§ If you do not have a first period class, come straight to the cafeteria where you will be given your tickets.

o Field day will be periods 3-8.

o Team forms located in the main office starting Monday 5/9

§ $3 per player due with roster by Tues. 5/24 to Ms. Dodge in room 225

· 10-15 players per team.

· Team names must be appropriate.

o You may attend field day even if you choose not to play in the sporting events; $3 per attendee at field day entrance.

o Lunch will be served.

Graduation Rehearsal

o Thursday, June 23th 11:00a.m.-1:00p.m. in the auditorium. Plan your day accordingly.

o Tickets to graduation will be given out on this day.

o Lunch provided in the cafeteria immediately after the rehearsal.
