FEES
I understand that the full fee for the course is $4,997.00 and the deadline for registration is
October 13th, 2008.
___ I am registering as a beta student to participate in the inaugural class, making the course fee $3,497.00. Enclosed is my $800.00 deposit. I agree authorize the parent company, Feng Shui Palace to charge the remaining balance to my account on September 27h, 2008 by signing the contract.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS: Requirements include but are not limited to reading and writing essays, journaling, various concept integration assignments, listening and viewing media, posting your ideas about the discussion questions online, actually doing live feng shui consultations.
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: A Certificate of Completion of the Inspired Feng Shui Practitioner Training Course will be awarded to you after you have attended all classes and completed class and home assignments to a satisfactory level.

CANCELLATIONS / REFUND POLICY: In the event you have paid the deposit of $800.00 and are unable to pay the balance by October 13th, 2008, or are unable to attend the class, you will receive a refund of $300.00 (A processing fee of $500.00 is non-refundable.)
In the event you have paid the deposit of $800.00 and are unable to pay one or more installment payment(s), or are unable to attend the class, you will receive a refund of $300.00 and will not be eligible for future participation. (A processing fee of $500.00 is non-refundable.)
In the event that you have paid your tuition in full by October 13th, 2008 but are unable to attend the class, you may request a refund in writing of the Course Fee minus a $500.00 processing/administration fee.
In the event that you have paid your tuition in full and withdraw (in writing) from the course within the first course week, you may request a refund of Course Fee minus 20% processing/administration fee.
In the event that you have paid your tuition in full and withdraw (in writing) from the course within the second course week, you may request a refund of Course Fee minus 50% processing/administration fee.
In the event that you have paid your tuition in full and withdraw (in writing) from the course AFTER the third course week, you are not eligible for a refund.
EMERGENCIES: If you have a medical or personal emergency during the course, you will be given the opportunity to “make-up” the parts of that course you missed (at no additional cost) at a subsequent class, provided that you do so within 24 months. Requests for a “make-up” class must be in writing.
