§  Assisting the newly appointed Vice President, recently arrived from America and his wife in settling down in Brussels: they could not speak French so I acted as interpreter and translator to assist in their dealings with the Belgian administration and local businesses (Belgian immigration department, council, bank, landlord, etc)
§  Advise on cultural differences to facilitate smooth integration and team building
§  Dealing with launching and day-today coordination of international projects such as the International Sales Incentive Program and the yearly International Sales Kick-off Meeting in different countries, as well as the quarterly Managing Directors’ Meetings.
