Dinners Done with The Pampered Chef® – a 10 Freezer Meal Workshop

Join us for a Pampered Chef Freezer Meal Workshop and feed your family for around $3 per serving!! Here’s how it works:

Prepare 10 meals ready to cook now or freeze for later use. Average meal provides 4-6 servings and is less than $3/serving.

When your product total is $65 or more, you will receive a free gift for attending. Be sure to check with your Consultant to see what free gift options are available!

Purchase your Pampered Chef Pantry Items beforehand from your consultant, and they will be ready for you to use when your workshop date arrives.

Purchase your grocery store items beforehand and bring them with you to the workshop. Your grocery items should cost around $100 on average. Buying organic, sales, and what part of the country you live in can affect your total grocery bill.

Have ALL meat cleaned, trimmed, and ready to use. Wash chicken and trim fat as you desire. This will save you time at the workshop.

Be sure to bring ten (10) 1-Gallon-size ziplock freezer bags or freezer-safe containers to take your food home with you (Bring 20 if you want to divide your meals into smaller servings (2-3) so you’ll end up with TWENTY MEALS!)

Bring your ingredients in a cooler or cooler bag with ice packs to transport your meals back when you are finished.

Grocery Store Shopping List:

Meat – wash and trim chicken at home!

· 12 boneless, skinless chicken
breast halves

· 2 lbs pork tenderloin

· 4 thick cut pork chops

· 4 lbs stew meat

· 2 lbs lean ground beef

· 1.5 lb round steak (or 4 more chicken breast halves if you want chicken fajitas)

Pasta/Grain – leave pasta at home…bring rice!

· 16oz rotini or other short cut pasta

· 16oz medium shell pasta

· 12oz linguine

· 1 cup uncooked long-grain rice

Broth

· 3 (48 oz) boxes chicken broth

· 1 (48 oz) box beef broth

· 1 envelope Lipton Beefy Onion Soup Mix (sold as 2 envelopes per box)

Tomato Products

· 1 (28oz) can diced tomatoes

· 3 (14.5oz) can diced tomatoes

· 2 (8oz) cans tomato sauce

· 1 (6oz) can tomato paste

Produce

· 2-3 large sweet potatoes

· 3 bell peppers

· 1 red bell pepper

· 3 large sweet onions

· 2 cloves fresh garlic (from 1 bulb)

Misc from home (bring in small bowls/bags)

· 2T butter

· 2T flour

· 1/2 cup packed brown sugar

· 1T cornstarch

· 4T olive oil

Storage Bags

· 10 one-gallon-size ziplock-style FREEZER bags

· ZIPLOC brand is best…do not use Dollar Store bags. Bring 20 if you want to split your meals
