Our Site does record certain identifiable site usage data, such as the number of hits and visits to our site. We use this information to generate statistics and measure site activity to improve the usefulness of the site to our visitors.

If you choose to register with us, you will be asked to provide personally identifiable information that may include but is not limited to your name, address, age, gender, email address, phone and fax number, date of birth and relationship to cancer patient. Once you provide us with this information you are no longer anonymous to us. We also collect personally identifiable information, such as your user name and password, whenever you login to your account and may in limited circumstances ask you to provide credit card information and other personally identifiable information when purchasing items that are offered for sale or when making a donation. We reserve the right to request any additional information necessary to establish and maintain your account.

We may use the information you provide to send you information about event results, how proceeds are being distributed and other TSRF related promotions.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

How We Use Information

If you choose to make a donation to TSRF, we will use your credit card information only for this transaction through our secure online payment system. TSRF does not retain credit card information.

If you have provided your telephone number to us through our Site then you may be contacted by one of our volunteers or staff members about urgent campaigns (such volunteers and staff members are bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy and will not use your personally identifiable information for any other purpose).

TSRF does not sell, rent, give-away or share its e-mail addresses or other information with outside sources. From time to time, we may be required to provide Personal Information in response to a valid court order, subpoena, government investigation, or as otherwise required by law, or if we reasonably believe that you have committed unlawful acts or acts that may endanger the health or safety of another user or the general public. We also reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we, in good faith, believe to be unlawful. SierraRayn.org is intended for personal use by individuals coping with and/or recovering from cancer, those supporting friends and loved ones with cancer, and those interested in learning more about childhood cancer.
