Career/College WebQuest

Directions: Pick your path and research the answers. Type or write your answers to create a personal college/career profile to turn in at the end of the period. Everyone must complete the last section. This is worth 20 points and due today.

For those on the college path…

Research a college in which you are interested. Go straight to the college’s home website and find the following information. Type or write your answers.

(Most school sites will have a prospective/future student link; you can also search the sitemap or follow admissions links.)

· Look up information about your major. How many credit hours will you have to take? Will you have to do an internship?

· What are the total tuition costs, including housing?

· Look up student organizations and pick one that might interest you.

· Find the number of students enrolled at this school.

· Check out the study abroad programs. If you could study abroad, which one would you choose and why?

· What do you have to do to apply and what are the deadlines for application?
