The Soldier was sentenced to six months confinement and to be discharged from the service with a bad-conduct discharge.

At a General Court-Martial on 15 July 2015, a Soldier from B Co, 229th Aviation Regiment, was found guilty of two specifications of failing to obey an order or regulation in violation of Article 92, UCMJ, three specifications of Military property of the United States-sale, loss, damage, destruction, or wrongful disposition in violation of Article 108, UCMJ, one specification of aggravated assault in violation of Article 128, UCMJ, one specification of assault in violation of Article 128, UCMJ, and three specifications of
drunk and disorderly conduct in violation of Article 134, UCMJ. The Soldier was sentenced to 1 year and 6 months confinement and to be discharged with a bad-conduct discharge.
At a General Court-Martial on 14 July 2015, a Soldier from MCC, 1916th Support Battalion, was found guilty of four specifications of willfully disobeying a superior commissioned Officer in violation of Article 90, UCMJ, two specifications of
false official statements in violation of Article 107, UCMJ, one specification of larceny and wrongful appropriation in violation of Article 121, UCMJ, two specifications of assault consummated by battery in violation of Article 128, UCMJ, and two specifications of adultery in violation of Article 134, UCMJ. The Soldier was sentenced to be confined for 2 years and 4 months and to be discharged with a dishonorable discharge.
At a Special Court-Martial on 25 April 2015, a Soldier from K Troop, 2d Squadron, 11th ACR, was found guilty of five specifications of assault in violation of Article 128, UCMJ, and one specification of drunk and disorderly in violation of Article 134, UCMJ. The Soldier was sentenced to six months confinement and to be discharged from the service with a bad-conduct discharge.
At a General Court-Martial on 27 March 2015, a Sergeant from 51st Translator Interpreter Company, RSS, 11th ACR, was found guilty for failing to obey an order in violation of Article 92, UCMJ. The Soldier was reduced to the grade of E-4 and fined $500 per month for three months.
