Specific Details of Incident, Observations, Behaviors of Associate: On 6/30/2016, Susie RSA failed to create an IB/Lease agreement. Susie failed to correct the issue leading to an incomplete sale.
Impact of Incident/Behavior: By failing to correct the incomplete sale, Susie has caused WL to sustain a full loss of the cost of the device plus Susie has lost any expected commission.
Behavior Expected of Associate: Susie is expected to carry out the full and complete sale’s process going forward. Should Susie be alerted of an incomplete sale by Loss Prevention, she is to make every effort possible to correct the error. Failure to correct future errors may result in further documentation, up to and including termination of employment.
Further violations of company policy may result in further disciplinary action up to and including termination.

Performance Improvement Plan

Measurable Improvement Goals/Expectations: Susie is expected to carry out the full and complete sale’s process going forward. Should Susie be alerted of an incomplete sale by Loss Prevention, he is to make every effort possible to correct the error. Failure to correct future errors may result in further documentation, up to and including termination of employment. Susie is expected to correct all errors by the close of business at the end of the month of the error.
Training or Special Direction to be Provided: Susie will have the incomplete sales training assigned to him from Loss Prevention. She is also to review the Incomplete Sales document located on the WL intranet>Loss Prevention>Incomplete Sales and confirm her understanding of the process to her store manager, via e-mail, within 5 days of receipt of this Written Warning.
