Functions:
u Work with project team on hook-up, pre-commissioning, commissioning, performance testing, initial operations of offshore installations

Position: Production Operator (Chevron, Benchamas Oil & Gas Field)
Functions:
u Direct, control and participate in the oil and gas production process to ensure the start-up and shutdown of wells, separators, gas processing system, de-hydration unit and various compressors, pumps and generators in accordance with procedures and manufacturers' specifications. Monitor the process by checking various readings and instruments and directing corrective action to be taken in absence of the supervisor, to maintain the production levels and quality of oil and gas produced
u Monitor and ensure the continuous operation of assigned wellhead platform. Include monitoring the running of any process equipment, record any fluctuations and inform Supervisor of any trouble or failures. Ensure that the wells are flowing at optimal levels. Report to Supervisor any discrepancies or defects on equipment and/or instrument
u Operate electric submersible pump (ESP), gas lift compressor & gas lift system, and water injection wells and carry out gas lift optimization
u Perform well tests on assigned well and trouble-shoots any problems related to test, as required. Include diverting flow into separator and taking measurement.
u Carry out well blowdown and well clean up via test separator
u Assist and coordinate with Wireline Operators to ensure smooth and safe wireline operations including ensuring that well is secured
u Perform daily, weekly and monthly routine activities regarding the wells and associated equipment. Include carrying out daily checks and testing equipment such as safety valves, pilot switch, pressure switch, etc. weekly and monthly according to schedules. Ensure that safety shutdown system is in good working order.
u Direct and participate in pigging, flushing and gas freeing operation
u Evaluate process upsets, interpret alarms and initiate corrective measure to optimize the production processes
u Operate chemical treatment processes, check stock levels and prepare stock inventory of chemical in use
u Study various production operations to optimize field production
u Provide production operations inputs to field development plans
u Review stock availability and direct the loading and unloading of supply boats
u Check preparation supplementary work permit and carrying out isolation/over rides of the system under the supervision of team leader

Functions:
u Provide secretarial services to the Bangkok Operations Office
u Ensure that back-ups of sensitive data, information and/or programs are secured
u Liaison with crew agencies for travel and crew logistics
