Special Regulations for Section A:
INDEMNITY FORMS MUST BE SIGNED AND WRIST BANDS
MUST BE WORN BY ALL PERSONS ENTERING THE RING. THIS
INCLUDES HANDLERS, HELPERS AND PARENTS.
I. District Events: District is defined as being within a radius of 80
kilometres of Wee Waa. Horse and Rider to reside in district one month
prior to Show.
2. Height Measurement: All eligible horses may be measured prior to
competing in Championship Classes. The Society reserves the right to
measure any horse.
3. Hacks must be Geldings or Mares.
4. The decision of relevant judges is final and absolute.
5. The Society reserves the right to alter or delete any Event.
6. The Society will not be responsible for any damage, loss or injury to any
Rider, Horse or Equipment.
7. The Society will not be responsible for any accident that may be caused
through or by, any Exhibitor and it shall be a condition that each
Competitor shall hold the Society blameless and indemnity it against any
legal proceedings arising from such incident.
All Competitors are required to have their own Ambulance Cover. The
Society will not be responsible for payment of Ambulance transport costs.
8. Riders under 17 Years are not to wear long boots or gaiters.
9. In order to complete the program on time, no Event will be delayed
for any Competitor.
10. Horse Stalls: May be booked at $10 each for the duration of the
Show. Stalls will be allocated with the following preference:
(1) Visitors
(2) Persons residing beyond a 25km radius of Wee Waa
(3) Persons residing within a 25km radius of Wee Waa.
If necessary, there will be “a draw from the hat.”
11. Camping Fee: $10 for the duration of the Show.
12. All Exhibitors and Competitors must pay Gate Entry Fees or be Society
Members.
13. Novice: Has not won a Champion at an Agricultural Show.
14. Intermediate: Has not won a Ribbon at a Royal Show.
