7th I.B.C.A JUNIOR WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2011

INVITATION TO ALL MEMBER-COUNTRIES OF I.B.C.A

The International Braille Association (I.B.C.A) and the Hellenic Sports Federation for Persons with Disabilities invite all member-Countries of I.B.C.A to participate in the 7th I.B.C.A Junior World Championship in Rhodes (Greece).

Allowed to participate are players born in 1991 or later. The tournament take place at the island of Rhodes, Hotel SUN BEACH RESORT. The Sun Beach is an exceptional 4 star resort, located in the heart of Ialysos resort, directly on a superb beach.

PROGRAMME

Date of arrival: Sunday August 28, date of departure: Sunday 4 September 2011. Seven (7) rounds swiss system, 1st round at 16.00 Monday 29 August and every day one round at the same time, except Tuersday (two rounds). Time control is 40 moves for 2 hours per player with additionally 30 minutes each for the rest of the game.

Double room:59 euros per day per person Single room:84 euros per day per person Triple room:54 euros per day per person Prices includes breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The Organizers provides transport from and to the airport.Each country must send flight details in time.

Applications must send to no later than July 20 2011.The application should include the name of the player and the country, date of birth:year, month, day and the rating of the player.
