Proformas are provided for use in this assignment. The observation report completed by the tutor and the candidate, and peer evaluations should be included. Centres are strongly recommended to makea visual recording of your session. It may be beneficial for you to view the recording in your own time to enhance effective self-evaluation. The recordingshould also be used to provide additional evidence for the Internal and External Verifier.
