There are Men and Women’s restrooms on both floors, which were recently improved by replacing water closets, sinks and faucets that economize on water consumption. Drinking fountains are also located in common area's of both floors.
The roof was recently replaced with five inches of insulation and two layers of a “white” granulated roofing material, which has a life expectancy of over twenty-five years. This specially treated roofing system helps to reflect the sun’s ambient rays reducing heat transmitted to building environment.
