6th Grade DVD and Posters

  1. The following photos and CD(s) should be returned in the envelope provided to each child’s homeroom at Fall Parent/Teacher Conferences October 24-26.
  2. Please send the following photographs. All photos should be 4x6 or smaller, matte or glossy finish. Please write your child’s name on the back of each photo.
  3. baby or toddler photo
  4. early Halloween photo (8 yrs. or younger)
  5. candid kindergarten photo
  6. candid toddler photo
  7. candid photo – 1st grade or higher
  8. Please do not send an heirloom photo that cannot be replaced.
  9. Walmart, drug stores, and camera stores have machines that instantly scan and duplicate photos. These machines also can resize photos if needed.
  10. Please note that professional photos, like school photos, often are copyrighted and may not be duplicated.
  11. Please send the same photos of your child on a CD.
  12. Please label each disc with your child’s name and the grade the student entered CBS. (ex—Will Farrar, K).
  13. Please scan older photos and create a digital image for inclusion on the CD.
  14. Walmart, drug stores, and camera stores have machines that instantly scan and burn photos to a CD.
  15. If you have the photos professionally scanned, you will need to include 2 discs: one of the professionally scanned photos and one of photos you burned to a disc at home.
  16. Please, no more than 2 CDs per child.
  17. On the same CD(s), please include group shots of CBS 6th grade students.
  18. Please include photos taken throughout the students’ time at CBS.
  19. CBS events are preferred, but not required. Photos taken at any

eventonly of CBS students are accepted.

  1. Only CBS 6th grade students in photo. No siblings or parents in photo, please.
  2. Please include the year/grade the photo was taken in the caption line/ electronic file name.
  1. Please email additional group photos of 2012-2013 6th grade events to .
  2. Please note that this is a different email address than listed in the school directory.
  3. Limit 3 photos/email, please.
  4. If you have more than 3 photos for an event, please burn the photos to a disc, labeled with child’s name and event, and deliver it to 4224 Old Leeds Lane.
  5. The additional group photos will be accepted through April 29, 2013.
  6. CDs and photos will be returned at Graduation.
