4th Six Weeks Project

Students will be assigned a specific animal and write about their animal. Their writing assignment should be at least 1 pagelong. In addition to their write-up, students will design an environmental habitat in a form of a diorama about their animal.

Write-up Paper

  • Cover page(5 points)
  • Introduce your animal, where we can find these animals, and the foods that they eat (1 paragraph) (9 points)
  • Discuss at least six facts you learned about your animal (clearly label with numbers or bullets) (1 paragraph) (9 points)
  • Compare your animal to another animal (how are the animals similar and different) (1 paragraph)(9 points)
  • Write about its habitat: what is it home life like, what are its predators and prey, climate (1 paragraph) (9 points)
  • Lastly, how does your animal help the environment? (1 paragraph) (9 points)

Write up should be typed, clear, and free of grammar errors
