SCHEDULE:
7:30 am Check-in / Range Open
7:50 am Everyone to Carts
8:00 am Tournament Begins
(Lunch/Awards after all golfers have finished playing)
TEAM COMPOSITION:
The tournament is open to 5th through 8th grade students currently enrolled at a DPL member school.
Teams are comprised of four players each.
Teams may be mixed in regard to grade and gender.
Teams may be mixed in regard to school (provided they are all DPL schools).
Teams should register as a foursome - spots for individual golfers cannot be guaranteed.
Teams registering as a two-some will be placed with another two-some.
All players must be in appropriate attire: collared shirt, tennis or golf shoes and no denim or sweatpants.
FORMAT:
Tournament will be limited to the first 30 teams with paid entry.
Florida Scramble rules will be used.
Teams will compete against other teams within their grade only.
A teams’ grade will be based on the average grade of the four players.
Grade level of players is for the 2015-2016 school year.
AWARDS:
The top three teams in each grade will receive prizes and medals.
The 1st place team overall will receive the DPL traveling trophy.
CHAPPERONES:
Each foursome must be accompanied by 2 “knowledgeable” adult chaperones. Teams without chaperones will not be allowed to play. Only the golfers and adult chaperones will be allowed on the course during the tournament. Extra carts will not be available. The chaperones will drive the carts and maintain proper pace of play.
ENTRY FORM & FEE:
The entry fee is $340.00 per team ($85 per golfer)
Fee includes golf, carts, range balls, and lunch. Lunch for the adult chaperones is included.

Registration forms and payment are due by 12 noon on Wednesday, May 25nd.
