Attention Homeowner or Resident/Tenant: This invoice for the 2017 Vintage 3 HOA annual dues is an important function for the upkeep and maintenance of our community. If you are a Tenant residing on this property, you may be responsible for the payment of these dues in accordance with your Landlord/Tenant Contract. If your Contract does not mandate your responsibility to pay for the annual HOA dues, please contact your Landlord/Owner of Record and pass this Invoice forward. The Owner of Record has the ultimate responsibility for ensuring annual dues are paid.
Please remit your payment NO LATER THANFebruary 28th 2017. Payment received after this date will incur a $50.00 late fee. Payment not received by March 31st 2017 will be subject to a lien placed against the property.
When sending a check please make it out to Vintage 3 HOA and send it along with the bottom portion of this invoice. Your cancelled check will service as your receipt. The accepted form of payment is by check as we are no longer accepting payments via PayPal.
Membership dues are payable on a calendar year basis and are not optional. Please pay promptly to save the Association the cost of follow up mailings and potential lien processing.
